Tyranny is a isometric RPG Similar to old school D&D games of the 90s. It has story and a combat system similar to Pillars of Eternity but different.

Tyranny the bad. thing should be listed first

-Its probably the shorted isometric RPG you will ever play first time around. SO short in fact you may feel cheated out of your money.

-You are limited to 4 party members at any 1 time. Its disappointing not having 6.

-The game will crash from time to time when switching areas. So save often.

- no hand holding. Unless you put the game on story mode you will quickly notice that you have no idea what your doing for your first play threw and while this isent new to games like this it has been awhile and most people will find this a negitive.

The good.

- Choice CHOICE AND MORE CHOICE. You choose allot of things in this game and most of it impacts it allot.

- The story is unique and the time is Unique.

- its fun. and challenging.

- Did i say this game had choice? WELL I MEAN ALOT!

Over all

This game story and direction is so unique and different its actually sad this has not been done already and their should be much more out there like this.

You are not a good guy in this game you could very well say your the bad guy. ALl the choices you make will have consequences. You can be the friendly conquerer to a total psycopath. You can try to be a good guy butt your justice will cause others to hate you regardless of your intentions.

While the game is short. The replayablity is big. You have different ending possbilitys depending on what you chose. Every choice you made has many possiblitys in some cases up to 7. Many important choices are slimed down to only 3 and some have only 2 choices.


So if you like ISOmectic Rpgs and Or Like Choice Games that acually matter not fake choices. YOu might like this game.
