Might Guy played a role in the battle against the Akatsuki, most notably his frequent fights with the Akatsuki member Kisame Hoshigaki. During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Guy sacrificed his life by unlocking all eight gates and nearly killed Madara Uchiha as a result.
