The anime portraits are in the Extra folder of the mod, you need to move the files inside from the Extra folder and replace the portraits.gfx file in the interface folder and the character stuff in the gfx folder

one question tho, how do you get the anime portrait to display in game?

Do I just drag the mod files to the "mod" folder in the game?
