Dear Slimsy,

My heart is heavy with regret and shame for the pain Iโ€™ve caused. I know words canโ€™t undo my betrayal, but I need you to know how deeply sorry I am for cheating on you. When I had that one-night stand, I failed you, myself, and the love and commitment we shared. My actions were selfish, thoughtless, and undeservedly hurtfulโ€”a reflection of my flaws, never yours.
