Oh, then I probably misunderstood you.

No, Final Fantasy Tactics always had a CT system, no weight. However, I never really played Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 1 or 2 but I think neither of these had a WT system, only Tactics Ogre had a WT system. Knight of Lodis didn't need any WT or CT, because it had a round based system.

Right, Tactics Ogre had gear weight you down. Okay, I do remember the CT, but I thought you were saying they used a weight system in that too? Or did they only add that to FFT in the PSP version?

Allot of the people reviewing Tactics Ogre Reborn downvote it because of nitpicky stuff. Most of the original ones where like "The PSP version was better!" while they played the One Vision Mod, which changed allot stuff to the better. There are few people, that actually compared Reborn with the Original, instead the PSP Remake.
Maybe we could add each other as friends, to talk more ;p

You could call it phase-based, I remember it being round-based. "Most" strategic games where like that before, exceptions where the Shining Force games, Tactics Ogre and Feda on the Snes. In Final Fantasy Tactics you had "CT" which was ChargeTime. It was a bar of static 100, while in Tactics Ogre the weight of the gear weights you down.
