What I suggest is this:
Read text guides, watch POVs of your class (since you're a WHM I suggest you take a closer look at how other players manage their mana and their heals. But this will also come with time and practice) and watch strategy guides.
Make sure you know which strategies are the most common in the Party Finder (not the Duty Finder). A lot of strategies are called "brain dead" which means it's the easiest way to do a mechanic.
