Why Early Access?

“We believe that new experiences, feedback on those experiences, and tuning are the keys to creating an appealing game.
Craftopia incorporates unique mechanics and crafting systems that have never been seen in a game before.
We've decided to release Craftopia as an Early Access game because we need the community's help to extensively collect feedback on these elements to evolve the game into something better.

There are still many bugs and improvements to be made in the game, but we will be taking your feedback and moving forward little by little. Please give us your hand to make Craftopia an even better game for the official release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We're planning to improve the quality of the game by making various improvements through Early Access for one year at least.
During Early Access, we will be updating the game based on our development roadmap, adding content, and improving the game system aggressively. We will decide on extending Early Access or releasing the game officially, depending on development progress.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to increase the game's volume further and add more attractive systems, focusing on new content and balance adjustments: adding new dungeons and bosses to make combat more enjoyable; expanding the crafting and farming system to enhance the joy of slow life; implementing the battle royale elements, and more to allow you to enjoy the appeal of sandbox games fully!
There are still many bugs and improvements to be made, but we plan to resolve as many of them as possible before the official release.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“There are currently over 1500+ items, including 350+ building items and 250+ equipment items, 130+ skills, and 300+ enchantments in the game. Besides that, Craftopia has more than 20 types of dungeons, 200 types of monsters including bosses, various gimmicks such as burning and destroying buildings, buggies running on the ground, helicopters flying in the sky, and many more. The Hell island and high-level crafting items are available as challenging elements.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price of the game may increase upon or closer to the official release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We're looking for your feedback in various places, including the Steam community thread, official Twitter, official Discord, and other social networking services. In the community, players who are enjoying Craftopia actively communicate with each other, and some volunteers hold discussions about the game system.
We believe that Craftopia is the game collaboratively developed by the development team and the players. We are actively implementing content and system improvements that were not in the original development plan, based on the community's discussions.
Some of the feedback we've received is difficult to implement and takes a long time to develop; however, we take various opinions seriously and are working on improvements to make Craftopia a game that more people can enjoy!
