Toby Fox mentioned Space Funeral during the Undertale 10th anniversary stream. He's officially played Space Funeral!

Back in 2012, I didn't knew how much this game would shape my preferences on games and art styles, but I'll always cherish that experience deep in my heart.

Thank you, Thecatamites, for such a weird and wildly different take on RPGs.

Kino

Very good game! I think that the story is very interesting.

My only problems with it that it's very short and too easy, I literally finished the game first try without dying once.

But other than that, it's a very good game and I hope everyone checks it out!

The game don't work for me, I tried using the arrow keys but I can't move, I can open the menu but cant move anywhere there either. So I'm just stuck on this screen

(+4)

I remember I had a similar problem with Yume Nikki (another game made with the same engine).

There are 2 solutions.

Connect a gamepad to the PC, open the game and move around the menu a little, then disconnect the gamepad, now use the keyboard keys, Now it should detect the input (if it doesn't work you could just play with the gamepad).

If that doesn't work there is another solution which is "EasyRpg Player" which is an open source replacement for the RTP of rpg maker 2003. Simply download the exe from its official website, put it in the same folder where the space funeral is and run easyrpg, this completely solved the input bug for me.

i just found this game off of a youtube video, i've legit been wanting to play this for years since my brother showed it to me on our old computer around 11 years ago.

I was first introduced to this game by Nitro Rad's video on in like a good couple of years ago. I was too young at the time to know anything about installing or playing games, and I always wanted to play this! Tonight I finally got the chance to play it myself and I am so glad that I did :) It's such a cooky piece of delight !

Run in compatibility mode for Windows XP if your arrow keys don't work.

Space Funeral is a wonderful computer game. It is so much bigger than the sum of its parts, and I think of it regularly in respectful admiration.

(+3)

i think about this game all the time, more than a decade later. Can't wait to play again.

(+5)

Had a blast with this, loved the colour palettes and might have found a new best friend in Dracula. Thank you so much for your work!

the game didn't run for me, I'm sure its really good, but I wouldn't know

I should clarify, the esc and x keys worked, but arrows did not

(+2)
