STARTING SIGNAL
Take this video as the starting gun for another day packed with great content. That loud "SMACK!" that kicks off another race to bring you the best stuff the internet has to offer.
If you stop and think about it, there are hardly any websites left like ALRNCN. The internet has changed a lot, but we're still here, day after day, doing what we've been doing for more than two decades.
I'm like the last of the Mohicans. The last adult magazine on the internet that's still committed to bringing you fresh content every single day.

SHIPWRECK
My wife gets goosebumps every time she sees refugees stranded on inflatable boats on the news.
She says it's heartbreaking, complains about how unfair life is, and insists that we can't just look the other way.
But the other day, without even blinking, she looked at me and said:
Call the Coast Guard. That's what we pay them for.

MEN AND WOMEN ARE NOT ENEMIES
We live in a strange time. A time where some people seem to have decided that men and women are opposing sides. As if this were some kind of competition. As if one side had to win for the other to lose.
And the more time I spend watching the world, the more absurd all of this feels.
Because while people on social media argue about who has more privilege, who has it harder, or who should apologize to whom, reality keeps working exactly the same way it always has.
There are people getting up before sunrise to do jobs most of us wouldn't accept even if they doubled our pay.
Dangerous jobs. Brutal jobs. Uncomfortable jobs. Jobs where one mistake can cost you a hand, a leg, or your life.
And the vast majority of those jobs are still done by men. Not because they're better. Not because they're braver. Simply because they are the ones who, overwhelmingly, end up accepting those risks.
The roads we drive on. The buildings we live in. The materials our homes are made of. A big part of the energy we use. So many of the raw materials we rely on every single day.
Behind all of that, there are usually men doing jobs that almost never show up in social media debates.
And that shouldn't be used to put women down. Quite the opposite. It should remind us of something we seem to be forgetting. We need each other. We always have.
Women bring things men don't. Men bring things women don't. And that's exactly why we've made it this far as a species.
Cooperation made us strong. Complementing each other helped us move forward. This constant war between sexes builds nothing. It only creates resentment, distrust, and division.
Maybe it's time we stopped listening to the people trying to convince us that we're enemies. Because we're not. We never have been. And the sooner we remember that, the better things will be for all of us.
