COMMUNITY ACTION & GIVING BACK
Supporting our communities is a core part of who we are—not just something we do. Across all EDSI regions, our staff consistently show up with generosity, compassion, and a willingness to serve. From organizing food drives and supporting cancer research to honoring moments of reflection like Juneteenth and MLK Day, we rally around causes that matter and take action in meaningful, hands-on ways.
Each month, employee-nominated organizations benefit from company-wide giving efforts that reflect the passions of our people. Our CEO and team members across the country also donate their time by serving on nonprofit boards and community committees, deepening our local impact. On average, EDSI donates 10% of annual profits to charitable causes—a reflection of our shared belief that when we lift others, we all rise together.
