Sparkle and Shine Underwear

Join me for our new challenge over at Christmas with the Cuties!  Sparkle and Shine is the theme for our MONTH challenge - don't forget, your creation must be Christmas themed and feature a cute image.

Back in the day, I purchased a digital stamp from Whimsie Doodles (so sad they are no longer in business) with a similar sentiment and pairs of underwear.  I recently came across a stamp set I Believe by Miss Ink Stamps and had to purchase it!

After stamping and coloring the pieces of under garments with Copic markers I fussy cut each image and applied foam squares to the back.  The sentiment was cut out using Circle die cut and framed using red metallic paper.  

I created the background using Floral Wave stencil also by Miss Ink Stamps along with Sparkle Stencil paste and Black Soot Distress Ink.  For some extra sparkle, I sprinkled some extra glitter on top while still wet and to finish it off, I added some sequins.

Birthday Flowerz

Die-cuts/Punches/Stencils is the theme for our new challenge at Creative Knockouts!

I used Copic markers to color the image, Flowerz: Flow No. 1.  To create the leafy background, I used Simply You by Concord & 9th with Pine Tree Green Memories Die Inkpad.  The centre background piece was created using the Moroccan Stencil by Simon Says Stamp with Aged Mahogany and Barn Door Distress Inks then found a couple of sentiments, embossed with white embossing power to create this birthday card.

Snowy Penguin

This darling image is Snowball Tree Theo Penguin by Polkadoodles. I colored the image with Copics then went to work on fussy cutting (ugh).  With that out of the way I went to work on creating the background with Wild Honey, Spiced marmalade and seedless Preserves distress inks.  The falling snow was creating using Frosty Snowflakes stencil by Simple Stories and Moonlight Gold Cosmic Shimmer Luna Paste.
