Hi everyone!! I hope you all are doing well!! It's been a very busy time lately, and the kids are off this week for spring break as well. Between diabetes classes, appointments, and the kids being home...I haven't been able to incorporate stamping and blogging into the picture. I will be so happy to get back into the "routine" again, and have missed you all!! Thanks to those of you who have left such sweet comments!!

The card I've made is the first I've stamped in quite a while, and I am really loving the beautiful images in my Damask set I used. I've Rock-N-Rolled the flower, with the pretty pink shades of ink.

Thanks so much for stopping by!! If I don't have an opportunity to post again before Easter, I would like to wish you all a Happy and healthy Easter!! Hugs!!

Delicious Delightz!

Look what I have up for grabs, everyone!! I earned a couple of these 'Simple Little Things' exclusive sets from PaperTrey Ink through the "Come Grow with Us" program. We will use the honor system here, and you will score yourself the following way:

1 entry= First visit or visitor only when prizes are offered
2 entries= Regular visitor, but no commenting
3 entries= Regular visitor, occasional or regular comments

I think it's only fair to give those regulars, extra chances, don't you? Just post your score, and be sure to leave some kind of contact information (e-mail or name). I will be drawing the winner at 5:00 pm (eastern) on Friday the 6th of June. Thanks for your support, and best of luck!!

My News & Candy

If you've visited Splitcoaststampers today, you probably already know my news. Can you believe I got "dirty" with the Dirty Dozen Design Team?? I can hardly believe it myself, and was so nervous for the reveal today! I am so happy I can now breath a sigh of relief. Did you check out this month's gallery, yet?? Oh my goodness...there is so much variety and awesome goodies you'll be sure to love. Click on this link to see (you must be a fan clubber to see this gallery).

I decided to make this card in my celebration. I used this cute pig named Blox by DoodleFactory, and distributed by Starving Artistamps. The base is Creamy Carmel, and I made the "wood grain" by embossing the leaf from my Bodacious Bouquet Classy Brass. I used my Square Nesabilities to cut my frame, and sponged the edges with Close To Cocoa. Blox is stamped with Palette Burnt Umber, colored with my Copic markers, and trimmed & mounted to my little drawn in scene. The sentiment is hand written with my Close To Cocoa marker. The ribbon was a gift from Lindsey.

Blog Candy

Did that get your attention? In celebration of my news, I am giving away two fan club memberships to Splitcoaststampers. One for a new member, and one for a current (to help you stay current for another year. All you need to do is leave a comment here telling me if you are a newbie, or extending your membership. Please be sure to check back on Monday, when I will be drawing the winners. If you do not plan on checking back, be sure to leave your contact information, so that I may get in touch with you if you are a winner.

Good luck, and thanks so much for your comments and support you've given me here at my blog! You guys rock!!

Stamps: Blox (DoodleFactory distributed by Starving Artistamps)
Card Stock: Creamy Caramel, Very Vanilla
Ink: Palette Burnt Umber, Close to Cocoa, Bashful Blue, Copic Sketch markers
Accessories: Bodacious Bouquet Classy Brass & Light Box, Square Nestabilities & Big Shot, Glue dots & Stampin' Dimensionals, Mary Arts dotted ribbon, Color Spritzer tool

Sledding Snowman

This card uses Beate's Weekend Sketch #27 and is also for Joan's Hop-A-Thon contest. This adorable snowman is one of Asela's awesome stamps that Cornish Heritage Farms carries. I LOVE this snowman, and so many of Asela's other stamps that you can find here at Cornish Heritage Farms.

I stamped the snowman with StazOn Jet Black and used my Coluzzle to cut out the big circle, and then matted with Always Artichoke. I then trimmed around the circle with my Fiskars Mini-Scallop Paper Edgers. I colored the image with my Classic SU inks and my Aqua Painter. I used my 2-Way Glue pen and Dazzling Diamonds to add some sparkle here and there. The designer paper is Wintergreen from SU! The chipboard snowflake was a suggestion from my DH, and is from the SU On Board Garland Greetings found in the Holiday Mini catalog (I've been hoarding those way too long). Whisper White Craft ink and Iridescent Ice Embossing powder was used to add color and sparkle. The ribbon is May Arts.

Thanks so much for visiting!!

Stamps: Sledding Snowman (Cornish Heritage Farms, Asela's Collection), Festive Favorites (SU)
Card Stock: Always Artichoke, Sage Shadow, Naturals White, Wintergreen
Ink: StazOn Jet Black, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Always Artichoke, Soft Sky, Creamy Caramel, Whisper White Craft
Accessories: Aquapainter, 2-Way Glue Pen/Dazzling Diamonds, Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder/Heat Tool, On Board Garland Greetings (SU), Fiskars Mini-Scallop Paper Edgers
