So Grateful............

Good morning everyone - I FINALLY have a card to post!!  Life has gotten so crazy at my house so I was very happy to escape to my craft room and play with paper.

Today I'm very excited to be a guest designer for a new stamp company Joy Clair.  These stamps are really nice and I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

Today's set is called Hello Autumn - although I'm not looking forward to winter, I do love the Autumn season here in Maine.

The beautiful sentiment and leaves are all part of the Hello Autumn set.  Once I stamped the sentiment I diecut it using Spellbinders Labels 11 and layered it with a larger size.  Ribbon and lace finish off my Autumn card.

Every Leaf Speaks......

Good morning everyone.  Today's stamp sets will be making you think about Fall.  The sets are Fall Applique and Stitched Vines Background.

Fall here in Maine is beautiful - the foliage is so colorful.  The downfall of Fall is that Winter is just around the corner - LOL!!

My card today begins by using the Stitched Vines Background to create the card base.  I also added some shape by using Spellbinders A2 Bracket Borders One die.

The images included in Fall Applique also has a matching SVG cut file which made it super easy for me to add leaves and acorns to my card.  These images are colored using Spectrum Noir markers.

The beautiful sentiment is also included in Fall Applique and was stamped directly onto the card.

Good morning.  Welcome to Day 4 of JustRite's October Release.  Today there are 2 sets being shown - Ornate Corners and Rose Garden Background.  I chose to use Rose Garden Background.

I really like shaped cards - I wish I thought to make more of them.  Today's card was made with Spellbinders Grand Stately Circles.  The center circle was stamped using Rose Garden Background and the sentiment is included in Autumn Vintage Labels Three.

The beautiful flowers are made using Spellbinders Bitty Blossoms with some gold glitter added to the edges of the petals and pearls adhered into the centers.  To finish my card I added a cute little butterfly and a pearl tail.

JustRite Papercraft Floral Harvest Cling Background Stamp

Good morning everyone.  Welcome to Day 1 of the JustRite Papercraft September release.  Today there are 2 great Fall stamp sets to look at - Floral Harvest Background Cling Stamp and Autumn Vintage Labels Three Clear Stamps.

Can you believe that Fall is almost here!!  I am NOT ready for Fall and Winter but there isn't any stopping it so I guess we will just make some beautiful cards instead.

I chose to use the Floral Harvest Background Cling Stamp for my card base.  This stamp is GORGEOUS!!  It was a lot of fun to color too using my Copic markers.  The center image is included in Autumn Vintage Labels Three Clear Stamps and diecut using JustRite Papercraft Vintage Labels Three dies - a perfect match!

The Floral Harvest Background Cling Stamp has a spot to insert a sentiment is you chose to.  I decided to pull out an older Autumn set named Antique Autumn Tags One Clear Stamps for the sentiment "Celebrate Your Blessings".  To complete my card I used some beautiful ribbon that I got from Sharon Johnson's Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

JustRite Papercraft June Release Day 5

Good morning everyone.  Welcome to the final day of the JustRite June Release.  Today there are 2 background stamps being shown - Leafy Background and Autumn Swirls Background.  I have a card using the Autumn Swirls Background today and will have one using Leafy Background sometime later this week.

To create my background I randomly applied Gelatos to the Autumn Swirls Background, spritzed it with water, stamped it onto cardstock, cut into 1" squares and placed onto yellow cardstock to create a "window appearance.

The sentiments are from JustRite Ornate Happiness Squares and diecut using Spellbinders Long Rectangles (Thankful), JustRite Charms (I am) and JustRite Vintage Labels and Banners (Because of you...).

To finish the card I added a cute bow using some acorn ribbon.

Flowersoft Friday Challenge

Good morning everyone.  Today is Friday which means another great Friday challenge over at JustRite.  The challenge today is to create a Fall project and is being sponsored by Flowersoft.  I have only had my Flowersoft for a short while but I am loving it!!  It adds so much to my projects.

I decided to do a Fall scrapbook page today.  Last week I took my grandmother "leaf peeping" and had a really great time.  I have been saying for the last few years that I was going to take her but had never gotten around to doing it so this year I was determined to go.  She had a really good time too, she loves to drive around and just look at the scenery.

The paper that I chose is called "Fall Brilliance" by Murdock Country Creations.  This scenic paper is gorgeous and made my page very easy to do.  I added the Flower Soft to the trees.  Really makes them pop off the page. 

For the top of the page, I used the JustRite Curlz Font to create my title and date.  Then I used a senitment from the Nature Nested Sentiments stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and diecut with Spellbinders Nested Maple Leaves.  I also inked around the edges with Memento Potters Clay

 For the other sentiment I chose another center from the "Nature Nested Sentiments" and a border from "Give Thanks Nested Frames", colored with Copics and handcut.  I applied more Flowersoft to seperate the sentiment from the border.  It is a mixture of Toffee Flowersoft and Sage Flowersoft - nice combination.
