Evil Genius is kind of a cult game. If you are looking at it you have probably played Dungeon Keeper. Well, Evil genius is very similar. Train minions, capture spies, steal the Eiffel Tower. Look for the community patch on the web, though: the game has some bugs that were never fixed. It remains a great game if you feel too lazy to lead troops or shoot at people.
