The game is actually really good but there are many issues with it:

MAJOR ISSUES
- If a teammate leaves your game and doesn't return, you still lose the normal amount of MMR .
- Since the Siege X update the game has been crashing significantly more than usual for many players. People leaving competitive and then rejoining 2 rounds later is not uncommon.
- 10 years in development and still no solution to cheaters. Cheating is common - around 1 in every 4 or 5 matches and more common in higher ranks.
- The new anti-cheat seems to be significantly worse.
- The new spacial audio system is very temperamental.
- The new "Ranked 2.0" system allows high ranked players to play in low rank lobbies
