It's Challenge Time at Clear it Out Tuesday!!!

Clear it Out Tuesday  has a new challenge this week, and it's Easter, the stash item to use on your project is Buttons. The Sponsors for the challenge are Robyn's Fetish and Di's Digis I hope you find some time to go to their stores and have a look at what they have to offer.  Here is what I made for the challenge.

The digital image I chose is from Robyn's Fetish, I made this for a friend and the challenge. I love purple at Easter. The image and purple layer was cut with Elizabeth Crafts stitched rectangles and the white layer was embossed with the tulip border folder. The stash item of course is buttons and I used the last 6 of my tiny primary coloured flower buttons, now that is using some serious stash.

Closer look at the buttons

Inside sentiment is computer generated  from Verses 4 Cards.

I would like to enter this in:

Robyn's Fetish challenge Blog Square or Rectangle cards.

Thanks for stopping by today and we would love to see the Easter projects you have made just remember to put buttons on it.

School’s Out is the challenge at Clear it Out Tuesday

The unofficial start of summer is the long weekend for the 24th of May here in Canada, I hope you had a wonderful weekend and did some fun things. We opened the cottage and there is still a lot of things to do and I haven’t set up the internet yet until we spend more time than a weekend.
Soon the children will be out of school for the summer so at Clear it Out Tuesday we want to see your projects showing what the children do when school’s out, the stash item is Brads or Eyelets or both. The sponsors are Di’s digis, Digital Delights and Sweet Pea Stamps. I used a super cute digital stamp from Heather Valenin at Sweet Pea Stamps. It’s Rory playing baseball.

For my stash items I used brads, a pinwheel and a pink lemonade

Di’s Digis is one of the sponsors, We were given images to use from Zap Pow Designs (this is the facebook page) and from Deedee’s digis check out their try it section.  My first card is from Zap Pow designs. I started with white cardstock and sponged some memento inks (never used them until now) all over it. The scary house was coloured with alcohol markers and fussy cut out. I added some glitter on the windows and the two ghosts.

Now for the second card I used a Deedee’s designs image, they are delivered in colour, outline and layering, they also have sentiments too. I used the coloured image and did some shading on it.

The cardstock I used is pumpkin pie and the ribbon I bought at the dollar store years ago and just found it in a drawer I liked it so well I have two packages lol.
